Very nice Jay, I love the zip tie engineering. If you ever end up doing the long haul in the clink, I run a 25 inmate upholstery shop. One little trick for tight contours is a little steam or HF heat gun. BTW, loved the episode from the track- it got me playing with the slant instead of the 340. Turtle racing rules, thanks Blake

Really good vid Jaybo...Im a MASSIVE fan of just having a go...even if you do and it looks like shit, you can always do it the lazy way later , but at least you had a crack....finished product was nearly professional...doesnt that go against the BTP mantra? Wouldn't a heat gun or even a hair dryer have helped on some of the contouring? Nice job anyways.

You can do that, I've used a heat gun before but it's not necessary, working it with your hands has a natural tendency to make it pliable. You can throw the whole sheet in the dryer for 5 to 10 minuets and that works for while but it quickly returns to room temp. Thanks Greg.
