This tutorial is a follow-up from the DIY: Cape tutorial. My daughter is Little Red Riding Hood and she needed a cute little white dress. I went to Joann's and got a yard of ivory knit. I used half the bodice pattern from the Peplum Dress tutorial. I also decided to put a decorative design on the front. This dress is not a cliche costume and can be worn all year with leggings, skinny pants, etc. I hope you enjoy this tutorial!!
