In this video i'll be making a bench vise and removable metal vise for metal working. You can find all the measurements and material names at the end of the video.
I like your videos. No fluff, like how to insert a drill bit or how to measure or how to use a tool, just how to make it. And the dimensions are at the end. Very well made. This particular video is interesting and at some point I will make it.
Fascinating. I love all of your homemade tools and equipment videos. And the fact that you use past projects to build new ones shows that they work well. Thanks!
In 20 videos viewed on workbenches ... it is the best and most practical ... simple and without too much technology that is what the fan wants Congratulations. From Colombia- Guadalajara de Buga...
Your homemade tools are awesome. I am going to make a few of them for my work. I am a traveling carpenter/remodeler with limited area in my work van. The drill press is magnificent.
I'm copying this design this weekend, but using a 1" threaded rod as the screw. I'm having a hell of a time drilling straight holes through all my stock, even with a decent drill press (drilling the chop and base together to ensure a good through line, about 6" thick of material). The bit slightly drifted for the guide rods holes, these really have be straight, true and exact to guide properly! Anyway watching this video again, I can really see how well your homemade drill press works, it looks extremely straight and stiff without any play. Great work!
awesome and much less complicated than others. Thank you!

Gracias!!!
Absolutely brilliant, it was pleasure watching you making that vise. Love your workshop and tools A+++ Thanks for the video, I am actually making Moxon vice my self, haven't put it together yet, after watching your video most likely it will be very similar like yours.
Wow. Nice job man, very simplistic..great design...and no talking to people like they don't have a clue how to use tools, just all business... I like your angle grinder saw, and miter slide saw...well done sir.
Very clever vices. Thanks for sharing. About two years ago I started to make my own woodworking vice, according a video I saw on YT. But I did not finish it. Probably I made a mistake because it did not work. Your vice seems to be simplier. I'm going to try this. And the removable metal vice is awesome.
I am a lover of simple but great ideas, such as those that emerge from a piece of wood to become a piece of furniture, sculpture or simply a tool or any tool necessary for the life of men. Every time I see a job that has been forged from the hands of friend Altuntas, I am ecstatic. It is interesting to see how simple ideas come out of manufactures that make the big industry complex. That is why once again we congratulate so prestidigitizing hands to make life easier for those who, without complexes, assume that we do not have the expertise or the experience as demonstrated here. Thank you, 1000 thanks for sharing all this knowledge, without words, but most importantly with the demonstration of the facts. We hope you continue contributing and promoting popular knowledge. From the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela we will continue to admire and value your neat signs of solidarity. Affectionately yours. Atte. Roberto Bermúdez

Sn. M. ÖCAL, İzleyip desteklediğiniz için ben teşekkür ederim :)
Amazing videos, have just discovered your channel and subbed! Will definitely be building some of my own tools in the future, cheaper than the low end store bought stuff with the potential to be much better built and infinitely modifiable.
great tools you made! it is funny how you secured a vice with a vice at the end. I'll probaly make the wooden one but put metal plates into it so i can use it for holding hot metal
You have me thinking of the channel that cut a nut in half (for a QR mechanism), and went into hugely painful detail about using an angle grinder and cut off disk. We used to say that such people should be on Mastermind, specialist subject 'The bleeding obvious'. I couldn't even bring myself to give that video a thumbs down because it would have been like kicking a puppy. Like you say, this channel avoids patronising the viewer, and just gets on with it.
@@TrevorDennis100 . ......watching some of the tedious videos, you spend the majority of the time fast forwarding to the relevant bit. Do they not review.?????
