Nice box. Nice enough for the extra effort to recess all the drivers to be mounted on the inside instead of surface mounting. That would show alot more of the wood and refine the look. The drivers will be away from fingers too. Nice work anyways

You have to glue your woofers, your passive radiators, and also the rear side of your speaker, with your silicone sealant. This will make the sound even better. And do not use 6S 1P battery, use 3S 2P. Then the working time will be longer and the distortion will be lower.

Isn't it that the volume of air the passive radiator can displace what matters for this? Because if you have a passive radiator that's 5" big and an active driver that displaces 38cL at full excursion. Then you'd need a passive radiator that has a higher displacement volume than the active driver. I might be wrong here, but I believe that's how it works

I have used those bass radiators before and bass sounded punchy no bass flexing so I bought some softer ones and Bass is great.The lows hit way harder now

Much better than the pipe one because it is sealed unlike the other one and has bass now because i connect my phone to a big subwoofer and compared the sound of the pipe one and this one wins because has now high bass awesome job x creation

Please wear some heavy duty shoes while working with the drill .You can have serious injury if the drill skipps around 😉☝️ .And Please buy a battery Powered drill it has a clutch and stops immediately after letting go of the trigger . Your also then possible to drill holes .

I wanted to build a boombox with your concept. while I was going through your required list you have replaced 6Ohm 20W Tweeter Speaker with GHXAMP 2 Inch 4OHM 10W 20W Full Range Speaker. if youre building a higher wattage speaker, better go for tweeters and full range/SW separately.. that will sound awesome. But if youre going below 20W a full range with passive radiator will do it.

You've installed the passive radiators the wrong way :), they still work, but not as good, it's the same thing as putting the speakers with the magnet on the outside.
