Good video. It just doesn't have the adjustable piece. Without that you would have to have an exact measurement or it won't tie right.

How do you adjust for neck size?

When you are taping the pattern together, if you need it smaller divide the amount you need smaller by 2 and you'll just fold where you fold the pattern that amount to make it smaller. If longer, add the amount needed by 2 and leave a space between the two folded edges of the pattern. I hope that makes sense.

The white fabric is interfacing, which gives the tie structure. If used without it, the tie would be too floppy.
