You have helped me with the circumference part. I was using the spray glue because i thought the liquid glue would go through the fabric. Now i feel confident to make my next box. Thank you.
Hi, does the finished product still look good if I skip the ribbon step on the lid? I want the whole thing to be one fabric. Or will you be able to see the cuts?
No finished project, though I like what you did. However, I liked the pattern on the box at the beginning, and the inside fabric on lid and in the box should have been better trimmed. Covering those raggedy edges with ribbon would make nice to open. Nice video, though.
Thanks so much for this amazing tutorial! Just out of curiosity, do you ever cover the bottom of the card box? I am learning to make card boxes for my clients. How would you recommend the bottom of the card box be covered?
I have spray painted my box and I want to put lace on it but the lid doesn't come off of the box and it has a slot in the top for cards, I'm not sure how to do this. I have three boxes that go on top of each other sort of like a cake and this is the top box. Do you have any ideas on how to do this?
Hey m suppose to make a beautiful n last-longing wedding album box... A big flat box thickness should b around 2 inches Max n length umm...I guess a 30cms.. Can u give me some ideas ...please?
Me too. She went through all of that only not to show it. I make a variation of this and cover all the boxes. There wasn't any continuity of fabric design on this it ..didn't look consistent in terms style. Just a a printed top with a blue band and a white bottom that we never fully saw put together.
Weddink, hi, I'm from Brazil and I have a box factory for gifts, I found this beautiful material glow that you used in the case cover. Can you help me to buy? Please help me! I'm Cida Carrijo.
You make it look so easy and I'm sure it is difficult to make this upside down for the camera. I wonder if it would be better to cut the slit in the box top before you cover it with fabric? At any rate, very nice job and so pleasant, as well. Thank you.
Depending on where you live, Hobby Lobby has a nice 3 box set for 16.99, Joanns fabrics has lost their minds...once the 5 box set was $19.00, the last few years they are $24.99. I get Hobby Lobby because they're cheaper and, I only use two boxes.
