This is a Card Making Tutorial featuring the Mintay "Winterland” Collection.
In this video we will create a set of 12 cards using Mintay’s Winterland Paper Collection. We will also create 12 gift boxes for the cards to go in.
The Mintay Brand released its first set of papers from Poland in 2017. Their graphics are beautiful and so detailed that a sheet can be used on its own ready for scrapbooking and card making or can be fussy cut and layered unto another.

Printable instructions for my projects are available for anyone that signs up to my mailing list at papercraftsecr.... An email will be sent with a password unlocking all of my printable projects.
Mintay papers can be found for sale on Etsy.
I made this video because I wanted to. Although the paper was supplied to me at no cost I have not been compensated for making this video.

New subscriber here. Love the cards. I have so many Mintay collections but never want to cut the paper so hoping this will inspire me to do so. I'm sorry to say but I found the music somewhat distracting. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you for your informative narrative, especially details on coloring your beautiful poinsettias. Yes, the red does look pink on camera, so thanks for your clarification. Cutting and moving the red leaves made such a difference...good design decision. I find it creatively interesting that red, white and blue can work for any season or occasion. Your boxes seem so easy to make...I'll definitely give this a try. These cards are beautiful! LOVE all the dimension! Really nice work!

Quite lovely, Alicia. Personally, I like to make each card unique, sort of customized for the recipient. I find that makes my creative journey more satisfying. I get ideas, and I want to do them ALL! Making each card individually allows me that freedom although I will utilize the same base design. Thanks for the fantastic content. Love your accent. Just finished my Thanksgiving cards, as celebrated in the US, and want to start with Christmas.

Hello Alicia! Marla here from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Could you please tell me what size your cards are? And what is the finished size of your gift box? Thank you so much! I love your tutorials. But somehow I missed what size you made.

The cards are made from Kaisercraft Cards and Envelopes. Here is the link here: www.kaisercraft.com.au/collections/card-and-envelope-packs/products/cd511 They measure 107x152 mm. If you subscribe to my Free Printables I have a made a printable showing the measurements of the gift box. Lol! Thank you. Well to be honest these were really mounting up. 12 boxes is a lot to store. I had them on the spare bed. She asked about them and I was happy to give them to her ♥️♥️♥️
