In this video i finish off the JDS garage CNC Plasma table and get it running. the only thing left to do is test it with the new Xcel-Arc cut45 Plasma cutter.

Looking awesome, I have been using my JDGarage plasma table for about a year and a half. Still running great with some minor maintenance here and there. Belts tend to stretch a bit over time and for me I had a 3D part fail due to low infill and had to reprint and replace a quick one day fix with my 3D printer. I don't have wheels on mine but wish I had added some at this point, may go back and do this at some point. Looking forward to seeing it's first cut in next video.

Thanks mate, I am very happy I installed the wheels, it makes life alot easier in my shed. i am so impressed with thisI am going to build a second one of these but to take a full sheet.

heeeyyy! Nice Video mate! Just a tip on the 2x grub screws on the Stepper Motor belt drives. Use a drop of Thread locker for eg. Locktite 243 (medium) These steppers race around a high speeds and the vibration will rattle them loose and you will get wobbly cut lines.

I use fusion 360 to design the piece and the openbuilds as the post processor

Hi mate Would it be possible to send me some pics of your driver wiring. I've wired everything up on mine but can't get any movement out of my stepper motors. Have followed the wiring diagram and checked 4 times over. Thanks

I bet you have the same problem as I had, you need to run another wire from the 5v pin on the Arduino to the 6pin relay. Also have you daisy chained all the motors with the 5v power from the Arduino? 3rdly have you got all of the pins in the correct location as per the wiring section [5.0]

Yes I have daisy chained all the 5v to the arduino. I only have 2 wires running to relay from arduino. Have followed electrical plan and triple checked
