Mod Podge - can be purchased at any craft supply store, WalMart or Amazon.
Other tools typically used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120. Scissors, weeding tools, transfer tape. 91% alcohol, paint or makeup brushes, mod podge, dusk mask, chemical mask, gloves.
