Use twisted cords. I love Bobbiny cords, so here you can see: Bobbiny macrame cords 3mm and 5 mmNatural.
What you need?
1) Cotton bag
2) Bobbiny macrame 3 mm cord, Bobbiny macrame 5 mm cord
3) Scissors
4) Hair comb
5) Tailors tape
6) Needle and thread
MEASURE AND CUT
PART 1.
1x 0.60 m cord as a base for the other cords
28x 3m cords for tying the pattern
PART 2.
26x 10 cm cords to make the fringe
