Transmission box can be detached to allow more power and efficiency from the motor...you can use an electronic speed controller to control the speed and reverse. Using stock transmission will make the car heavy for an electric conversion reducing the motor power and the battery capacity.

Looks simple but quite a great idea. Incorporating the stock gearbox too was really a great work to utilize more power from that small motor but what about the battery you are using and what is the range and charging time, load carrying capacity...etc...

here a quick tip !!!..... consider the motor voltage of 60 volts , and the power is 3000watts or 3kWh , so we can calculate the amphre required to the battery by a single calculation by diving the motor watt by motor voltage gives the amphes required to run the motor for 1 hour that is ,.. 3000/60 = 50 amps , so we need a 60 volt 50 amp battery to run the car for 1 hour , and to increse the time we can connect a same spec battery to parralel connection and get 60volt 100amps so we get double the mileage

We have installed a battery pack of 60 volts and 56 Ah for test ride application. We get mileage of approx 40 km/charge. The battery pack is kept in the rear part of the vechicle in the storage space(dikki space).We will come up with a new video demonstrating the assembly and placement of the batteries. Yes we do provide services to our clients. Till date we have converted more than 2500 cars to electric.

Top speed is 60 km/hr.We have installed a battery pack of 60 volts and 56 Ah for test ride application. We get mileage of approx 40 km/charge. Increasing the Ah rating of the battery pack will increase the mileage.
