Changed the gearing from 22x14 to 42x14 (if my memory serves me right). Expected a lot more speed, but didn't get it, what I did get was a lot less efficiency :-(
Pretty sure it is overgeared, and maybe the prop is spinning to fast.
Will try some gearing between the two tests, and maybe a smaller prop with the high gearing.
