OMG! Shrinky-Dink plastic was one of my fav products as a kid! We used to sit in front of the oven hoping the image would not curl up and stick to itself (many of them did lol). I still have the little trinkets I made back then (I think we drew on the plastic with some type of permanent marker). Using the heat tool is far better! I may even have some of the plastic sheets in a drawer somewhere lol. Love that triangular snowflake one you made! Gonna have to look for that stuff now.....or I’ll just visit SSS and buy more lol. TYFS! ❄️🦋❄️

I’m super excited these are brought back. I’ve been cardmaking for 24 days so I remember how popular these were back then. I can’t wait to play with them again. Thanks for such a detailed video on how to add color. Back then I just used markers so it was fun to see how to use alcohol ink and paint.

I love these. The Christmas tree turned out so pretty. I remember doing this many years ago with a toaster oven, didn’t always turn out that good. Are you heating it on the top or the bottom or it doesn’t matter?

Shrinky Dinks - yeah!! I still have some shrink plastic that I use sometimes for jewelry making and charms. White StazOn is very difficult to work with. Any tips? Thanks!

Any color StazOn works, as well as die cutting and alcohol marker coloring!

You probably could but it would have to be a Staz-On type ink. Try it and let us know!

Good warning about letting the shrink plastic flatten out. Just watching was frightening. Without your demo, it would be hard not to touch. Glad you brought this product back but please do a demo with the toaster over.
