I’m not a welder nor a fabricator do not replicate what you see I fuck around and find out and do this shit as a hobby.
This is one of those jobs that you don’t really wanna re visit but due to me rushing the process I fucked up a lot of things let alone over looking the basics
In the 1st attempt I messed up a complete V band set, never installed a flexi, rushed with the welding causing leaks, no effort lifting or installing new hangers, burning through pipes etc etc however this time round I’m way more comfy with the welder and definitely taking my time!!!
In this version (V2) I re visit but cut no corners. I managed to remove the old exhaust wrap and revealed an exhaust leak so proceeded initially to weld the slip joint making the headers 1 pc however I opted last minute to use high temp exhaust cement, removed one reso and a DiY header bracket.
