Have you thought about using clips instead of pins? The holes pins make allow droplets in.

Made one for my son and it was the 1st time EVER I used the sewing machine. It was a very learning experience. For once, DO NOT use 3 layers of regular cotton :D In all I (and my son as well) am very pleased with the result. The next one will be of thinner fabric though - the one I just finished is a freezing winter model :p

Hi Alejandra, I puchased your pattern on Etsy. Excellent pattetn! The fitting couldn't be better. I have done already 3 Cotton Masks. They are so comfortable. Now. I only added a nose bridge to avoid glasses fog. Your pattern and instructions are so easy to follow. I'm thinking of making a mask of a sequent fabric and my question is, what type of thread did you use? Is it stretch Cotton thread? Please advice. Thank you!

Hi, I’m so glad you like it! To be honest I use a cotton thread nothing fancy and I recommend a thick needle.

I'm a beginner sewer and I tried a couple of other patterns from other youtuber, and the mask always, comes smaller, substanially smaller, what I loved about your Pattern, that it fits both men and women and it is so easy to follow your pattern, so I don't have to find another pattern for men..Thank you so much for your quick response!
