Great video! Quick tip for silicone to avoid masking tape, apply the bead of silicone and mist it with isopropyl alcohol and you'll be able to clean up the bead super easy. It pretty much removes the messy parts of the job and looks 100% pro when you're done.

Great job will use some of your tips on mine. Though the basin was backwards flat edge against wall for easy cleaning and angle end facing out so you can use 3 inch space under basins angled edge. But great work in any case

@@TuffLuck392 I think it's the one where you spray glass cleaner on the caulk line and then wipe/tool it with your finger, though I've only heard of it but never tried. Only tried the tape trick and also the silicone tool; both work okay but not perfect.

Hi! I didn't see the earlier video, but I wanted to ask if you had any concerns about the bathroom feeling too small. I want to divide our medium size bathroom , ( on the second floor near three bedrooms), into a hall bath ( smallish but with full size tub and shower), and a slightly smaller , 3 piece bath - almost exactly the size of your bathroom- master bath. It would be 8.5 feet long (door on short end where your door is), by 3.5 feet wide. I'm hoping to put a box bay in the room to give it 1-1.5 feet more elbow room. My husband is concerned that this reduction in size would hurt resale value: That people may feel it is too small. But I think privacy is more valuable. I love your design. It makes the bathroom feel airy. Great project!

It looks great. Rather than doing the epoxy, what do you think about just doing a polycrylic coat?
@AndrewThronImprovements

how did you work out the height of the shelf to match the waste pipe?

Hi! I did all of the plumbing so I had this in mind from the start. Basically, you just need to measure the distance from the vessel sink drain + the trap adaptor drop. Most trap kits will have an extension piece to make it easy to adjust the height as needed. Thanks for watching!
