DIY: Flounce Skirt 

Hey loves!!
So I made this skirt using the scraps from the Scuba Neoprene Skater Dress DIY tutorial. I had just enough to make a skirt. I hope you enjoy this design and how I styled it!
The fabric is from Hancock and its about a yard.
