Chimichurri Recipe
Ingredients:
· 2 cups fresh chopped parsley
· 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
· 1 heaping tablespoon chopped sweet peppers
· 1 teaspoon dried oregano
· 1 teaspoon kosher salt
· 1 cup olive oil
· ½ cup vinegar (red or white)
Directions:
· Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it stand for 20 minutes.
· Serve with your favorite cut of meat and enjoy!
