That’s so pretty I have two of those same bookshelves. One thing I would do to yours is add a appliqué to the arched area and I would cover the back with wood look contact paper.

I’m sure my neighbors crack up watching the old lady struggle with things. Anywho… I love this high end looking bookshelf on a budget. I’m always trying to find ways to make something really nice on a budget. You inspire me. You are a risk - taker …. I do lack that. But you are amazing young lady.

I would add 6 inch light on top with a warm light bulb. Love the idea! Me and the wife have two book shelves and will be making a huge entertainment this fall for our living room!

I really wonder if the algorithm is messing with your videos. Don't get me wrong, you have a lot of subscribers and it's definitely something to be MORE than proud of, BUT it baffles me that you don't have even more subs/views. You put a lot of effort into your channel and it shows. It just makes me think your content isn't being shown to enough people and/or the right people. I know your channel will keep on growing, but I also know if the algorithm was working a little more in your favor, it would grow so quickly. When I first saw the finished product (before seeing the video all the way through), I thought the bookcase was a very dark green or grey, ie., not black. All the same, the piece certainly looks more stylish and some of your 'after' shots are _magic_!!
If you have a local Big lots store you should go there now. Where I live most of their summer garden pots, yard decorations and the rest of their outdoor solar lights are on clearance
