CORINNE! Please do a natural version of Galaxy Sushi! There's natural turquoise fish meat, but you can't cook it, or it loses its color. You should also use purple rice if you end up doing this.

For it to have a gummy bear texture whith agar agar you have to either make normal syrup (mixing water and sugar and letting it boil for a little time) or corn syrup also maybe if you put a little less agar agar it might hold the layers together better , and when you layer it don't let it dry completely

Tip: Poke the first layer of the set agar-agar with a fork before pouring the second layer of liquid agar-agar so that the second layer can seep into the holes made in the first layer. This helps them to adhere together better 😬😬
