I really like seeing other people's setups, too. It's interesting to see what people come up with and how they work with the space, budget and other constraints for this (often) expensive and (almost always) time consuming hobby. :-) The reason I bought a 2-level metal food prep table was to place the ultrasonic cleaner and curing station on the bottom shelf. It really saved me a ton of work space. And it has worked out really well having them both down below my main work area.
Thx for sharing! I’m trying to figure out my printer setup in house and wash/cure setup and cleanup station in garage - i live in Florida so 100+ degree garage temps not conducive for resin printing! Miss my more moderate clime days in Orange County California!
I believe adding 150ml of Tenacious to a 1kg bottle of regular resin (e.g. Siraya Tech Fast Grey) helps keep miniatures from being so brittle, delicate and breakable. Especially for swords, wands, etc.
a magnetic spinner is pretty cheap, if you buy one you could also make one.. there is some bad ass ones on thingiverse, and would totally help in your setup
Yep, matte iPad screen protectors are cheap and work very well. The material they are made of is sturdier and strong that just using an extra piece of FEP. Less expensive, too. Here's a video on the one I used. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dbfBNlrGh3A.html
Got them from Aliexpress. Have not had a chance to use or install them yet. But they were only $8 a piece. So, I figure even if they fail (or I don't like using them) I'm only out $8. They took about 3 weeks to arrive in California from China. Here's the link to the ones featured in this video: www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001825710444.html
