I wanted to let you know that we had a birthday tea this weekend and the activity was your nativity ornament! I used local wood disks that my husband cut for the backing and we all had the best time working on the ornament. The hardest part was placing the gold foil but when we were done, each ornament was gorgeous! Thank you for your videos and the precise materials list and instruction. When using your punches and you find they are leaving raggedy edges, use aluminium foil to sharpen your punch. I fold my foil in half and punch as many shapes as needed until your shape punches out smoothly when punching out paper again. I usually use aluminium foil that I used once or twice for something completely different, which is clean.

My grandkids are 7, 3 and 1 so maybe 2 might get excited. Your skills have taught me a lot. I made little angels for my family, and I’m taking on a crazy angel project. I love how it is so simple, but so elegant! I’ve never thought of printing on photo paper and what a nice gloss it gives to the picture. I’m definitely going to check out that Etsy site because I never thought about buying the images to print out. Another fun video and beautiful project!😁❤️

Thank you Terry! I found the gold foil to be MUCH easier to work with than the gold leaf. You can't even breathe without sending the gold leaf flying through the air. Lol
Lori, I so enjoy you crafting and it really inspires me to craft even with my disabilities. But I have a problem as I am 78 year old stroke survuvor and alot I dont understand alot about computers such as downloading and dont have a printer. Seniors wasnt teethed on computers.. Any suggestion? I would love to make these to give to people on the shuttle van and drivers too. Thank you. Jean

Absolutely Sweetie! You can find some beautiful Christmas cards. In some cases, I've even found large hanging gift tags that I turned into smaller ornaments.
Awww! I'm so sorry. I've heard several ladies from the U.K. mention that crafting supplies were limited there. Are you able to order from Amazon in the U.K.? They may carry some of the craft supplies.
There's glossy Mod Podge on top of the gold foil (very thin.) There isn't on the photo, but you could always spray it with a photo sealant or a hair spray (not the pump type) such as Aqua Net or White Rain. Personally, I haven't found it necessary to do so because the HP Every Day Photo Paper seems to hold onto the ink better.
I have spent most of today trying to find a printer app that lets you print multiple copies on one page with no luck. Is it possible for you to mention the printer program you are using in your video? That would save me a lot of photo paper. :0
