I have the same model but I'm using mine as a season extender. It's set on two layers of 4x4s and I grow crops on the floor, (which is the soil) no-dig style. Coming out of my first winter and I was never without greens and cold-tolerant vegetables. I have no complaints. I also have a small gap at the bottom of some of the panels which I'm thinking of sealing with butyl tape or maybe Gorilla tape or maybe aluminum tape...haven't decided. If ever a severe storm approaches when the windows are open, I plan to disable the hydraulic opener and lock them shut (as per an online conversation with the company before buying windows.)

Thank you for your comment. What climate are you in? I think we'll be using our greenhouse as a season extender this year as well. Wish I would have had some kind of heads up on the auto-windows like you did! For us here in Colorado, a severe thunderstorm can pop up with very little warning, and we can't always be around to deactivate the auto-cylinders.

Hello Hans, I'm in zone 5b, the ridge and valley region of central Pa. I used layers of fleece to keep my plants alive in the really cold snaps. Learned alot about which ones to grow. (and when to sow them for installation in October) Lettuces did not work but I think they might survive with a cloche. (and a hardier variety. )The heads-up came from my own head, not the company but they were quick with their advice - close the windows! This summer I'll be growing tomatoes, cukes and melons in there. I bought 4 windows, have 3 yet to install...Lucy

I have the same greenhouse and installed it in 2021. I also live in a windy location and this is why I did not install the vents. It is difficult to keep the greenhouse cool in the summer though. All things considered, I think I got good value for the $.

Hi Mike, thanks for watching. When it started getting too hot I installed a 50% shade cloth on the western side of the greenhouse. Makes a huge difference on the heat inside.

Sad to see the lack of quality in their product, and lack of quality in the company as evidenced by them not honoring their own warranty. I wouldn't do business with such a company.
