Just to let you know egg and mayo can clog scalp, and clay can dry out ends and mid lengths, this hair mask is better to just use on mid lengths and ends, a clay mask is only good if you use it on scalp
1 egg 1 tbs olive oil 15 drops peppermint oil. It MUST be a mint oil, this isn't just for scent. Once a week, massage it on your scalp and hair for 5 minutes, then let it sit in your hair for an hour while you do other things. Rinse it with cool water, not cold, but cool. My hair has shine, bounce, softness, and I lose SIGNIFICANTLY less hair now (it's normal to lose 100 hairs a day but I was losing more than that before). I get compliments all the time now and my hair feels fuller.

I suggest strain aloe vera before adding to other materials, it kind of transformes into liquidy form which is alot more easier to apply rather than in Chunky form plus use a squeezer bottle to apply to prevent the big mess
Use leave-in conditioner (on your roots and ends) before you use the hair oil so it can get the shine your looking for. Learned that you should use a hair mask before you shower then put leave-in conditioner after you dry your hair with a towel when getting out of the shower and then style it the way you want and then put hair oil (on the roots) once it is all dry.
You can make a Homemade hair mask by using coconut oil and during your shower you can use rice water which is very good for your hair and then before your shower add a lot of rosemary oil to your scalp and basically your whole head and then always double shampoo and I won’t wash my hair for 2 days and then I will wash it and I go through that cycle every week hope this helps!
You don't need mayonnaise, if you already have an egg (just use one egg yolk instead of a whole egg) and oil. Egg yolk, honey, oil, a little bit of brandy.
@@cherrylime5395 Alcohol just increases the blood flow in your sculp (like head massages do). You need just a tiny amount of that, probably like one spoon. Don't be worried, alcohol is in many cosmetic products, it's not harmful to your skin.
If your hair is reacting to being bleached like this you should do a protein treatment from the store. Bleach damages the protein bonds in your hair. I will warn you protein treatments are very strong. Only only protein treatments like 2-4 times a year spread out and follow the instructions on the bottle.
So there’s always these huge trends of people using food ingredients in their hair. The food molecules are way too large to penetrate the cuticle of your hair shaft. If you want to grow your hair long then I suggest using Redken extreme lengths Collection and swap the leave in conditioner from that collection who is the Redken extreme anti-snap leave in conditioner spray. And for daily maintenance in between washes you should use a hair oil on your meds and ends so I personally use Olaplex NO 7 however I heard that the Moroccan oil is very good as well. And always sleep at night with a satin bonnet on your hair to prevent breakage. I have 4B hair and this has worked great for me, I learned this from us person who has type 1 hair So I’m pretty sure this works for all hair types.

Uh don’t use hot water, use lukewarm .And don’t brush your hair when it’s wet. Your hair is weaker when it’s wet. Also don’t put conditioner on your scalp 👍🏼
Wait, I was told all throughout my life that brushing your hair while it is wet is the way to go. Where did you hear this from? Or, does it only apply to certain types of hair? (Though it should not matter to me because I no longer have lengthy hair, I am curious)
I am going to recommend something to you Maybe get a haircut A lot of hair cut off if your hair doesn’t grow back fast don’t do that maybe start using a natural shampoo and conditioner maybe swap conditioner for hair mask don’t use clarifying shampoo use very natural shampoo I would recommend evolve shampoo don’t use that many products maybe just some laeve in conditioner spray
