If you had the pool noodles extend past the end of the cross beam on either side they would possibly fold or bend under the weight of the cloth and give a more rounded appearance? Maybe shorten the length of the cross piece to allow for that? I'm just spitballing here, not trying to armchair quarterback but since you said you wished they weren't so square I figured I might offer an idea. Edit: or maybe even round flexible dryer vent duct hose that could bend to give the rounded look rather than pool noodle - Awesome build though, I think I'm going to copy it, can't afford the Home Depot version
