Super highly requested DIY tutorial video ^^ DIY Hamster Hoodie Cloak/ Cape Inspired by Umaru-chan This cloak is super super cute. ^^ I Love it so much. It's very easy to made. If you don't have a sewing machine, you could hand sew or use hot glue instead. ^^

OMG thank you sooooooo much for making this tutorial!!! It's close to Halloween and I was looking for the cloaks but then all of them wouldn't come in time so I was just gonna go with a school uniform that was close to Umaru-chan's school uniform. But I really wanted the cloak I was scrolling for Umaru-Chan make up tutorial (to see if there was any) and I found yours! Except it wasn't make up but it was to make the cloak, once I watched it, it looked pretty easy. My mom agreed and we went to Jo-Ann's and found everything there... Except now I remember I need a ribbon.. I'm so forgetful. Anyways we just finished the cloak, it looks sooo cute ^^ thank you so much!! Btw 3 yards was just enough for me perfect! Maybe a little too long but that just tells you I'm kinda short for my age. Getting off track.. Thanks so much!

I think I'm going to cosplay as Umaru-chan sometime! The sad thing is, the store where they sell fabric in my city has every thing at such a high price! Just buying a little piece of fabric costs way too much! And there is only that store in my city... ;-;

another idea that i've used before if you wanted to make the cape more flowey, make a circle skirt pattern but leave one side open like how it's divided into quarters( mostly )and just take out one of the corners and add the hood on and buttons ((:
