Ah! Cool! Thanks for the reminder on IG! I’ve actually seen it last year or so but forgot about it apparently 🙈 Cool setup! 👍

sry, I'm a fast talker and shit at making polished videos. BTW, The heat shrink machines is going strong 3ish years later but I only use it every other day as I'm a small 1 man shop.

@@HuskyMachining no you’re good bro! I love your channel. I’m graduating this year and I’m looking into picking up my first machine in a couple years. Dw, I’m shit at making vids too😂.

@@HuskyMachining Thank you! so on campus I actually run a machine almost just like yours. It’s a Haas VF3 with the 5 axis trunnion as well as a Hurco VM20i with a 4th axis and I love the rigidity of a actual Cnc machine so I don’t want a prototrak or a retrofit knee mill for example. Also I really like the side arm tool changer and having actual full flood coolant, so right now I’m heavily leaning towards a Syil X7 or a Syil X9. The X7 would fit in a garage and it’s much cheaper, but the X9 has a bt40 spindle and is preloaded with all the features I wanted. Also the X9 can fit a 5axis trunnion in the future which is like to get. So I’m pretty torn but I think a Syil X7 decked out with some extra options is where I’m leaning. My plan is to wait a couple years till I have a solid income and can afford to put down half the machine in cash and finance the rest at $500 a month. Which if I couldn’t machine enough income my main job would still be able to cover the costs of the CNC.

@EAGLINWRX I'm not going to lie, those Syil mills look pretty sporty and small enough to fit in a garage. How much do they run?
