@@KarenofCurlHouse How often should someone with relaxed hair get a bond repair treatment and a protein treatment? Is it okay for someone with relaxed hair to get a protein treatment once a month and a bond repair treatment 2 weeks after they get a relaxer touch-up, then use a moisturizing deep conditioner on other wash days? Also how often would someone with naturally 4c hair, but who has relaxed hair need to protective style? Is it okay for them to wear buns and updos 4 days of the week, then wear their hair down 3 days a week, every week? Would protective styling this many times a week help to prevent breakage at the ends?
"Back down memory lane."-Minnie Riperton 😂 Loved that short cut. I would love to get my hair cut low again. Enjoyed it and it was so simple to take care of.🎉 That purple eye shadow, girl. Sign of the times 😂 Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏽💐💜😀
I have been dying my hair with henna for years. Originally I started because I wanted the protein benefits. About 4 years ago, I started to get more grey strands right around my early 40's. Now the few strands that are grey have a beautiful copper hue & glisten really beautifully in the sun. Folks think I have highlights. I'll have to take a different route as I get older & become fully grey but the look & feel of my hair afterwards is chef's kiss. Also, I mix in coffee to intensify the color & I sleep in it overnight because grey hair takes longer to color.
Hey There! The lipstick is MAC but they no longer carry the color 😔; with Cyberworld lipliner but I guess that doesn't help since the lipstick is discontinued.
Hey there! While henna is not a protein treatment, it behaves very similarly to protein in that it attaches to the keratin of the hair, strengthening the hair. So I would say yes, however, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOWUP WITH A MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER AFTER RINSING OUT THE HENNA! This step is crucial to the health of your hair.
