The crappy part of watching your videos is that I JUST NOW found your channel. The wife and I have been watching your videos on the TV and planning on building all sorts of things. The way you break things down is so easy to understand, especially with the mini mockups. I especially enjoy the quality in which you demonstrate. Some channels just throw things together and call it good. Watching you work and listening to you explain things, is like when I used to help my Dad do things. Keep up the good work and we'll keep watching.

I have some bird boxes and fascia corners that need the same repairs. I’ve used Bondo and spot putty for years on vehicle and home repairs and am about to repair some rotted brick molding with it. I never thought about using it on the bird boxes and corners. Great idea that I will use. I could also use the ladder to reach them. Being a displaced La native, I enjoy listening to and learning from you.

Great video. I love bondo, it's the handyman's filler/fixer. I had a beam under my bathroom that got rotted. Dug out all the rot, like a dentist fixing a big long tooth. Then added some wood screws with the heads high so the bondo would have something to hold too. Filled and leveled back up the beam with the bondo. Fixed it right up. Save a bunch of time not having to replace the beams because the tops had totted places. Seen another video that showed how they fixed busted door lock hole (someone kicked in the door) with bondo.

Thank you for this second part. I wouldn't have thought to use bondo. Just like doing taping and floating drywall. I also like to see that once you were into the project and realized it needed more help so you took it apart and did it right the first time so it lasts, rather than being right back up there in a few years ding it over again. Integrity and attention to detail. I've come to expect nothing less from you. Thanks again.
