Trying to educate myself on these balers. Currently have a 846. Manual tie. Hoping to find a auto tie baler like yours. If I run upon one now with the monitor missing. Thanks to your excellent video. I know I can put together one myself. Thanks so much for taking time to post this!👍
You bet! I used it bailing all this year and it worked flawlessly. I hate having to be bound to purchasing parts from manufacturers, its expensive. I figure if I can save some money, why not pass the info along!
My siren stays on the entire time its tying. Goes off when its complete. Looking for why that is... its pretty loud lol.. gets really annoying. Great video by the way
Glad I could help someone out. Gotta save some money where you can! I should have posted a wiring schematic but really it's pretty simple if you think about it.
Ty's Projects the sensors are factory installed for the original monitor, i am just using them as they were originally intended. The monitor isn't very complex but most people would never think to make one!

Every brand or model baler can be different, some newer ones have computerized sensors. This baler was a simple power and return circuit. You just have to figure out how your circuit works.
