You have done good work but you forgot to remove plastic blue sheet from the lcd panel backside you should remove that because it can cause short circuit or fire catch after heating up

a swap between two different apple processors is not posible, with apple’s new implementation requiring the processor that came with the phone stays with the phone.

Aka - no there’s not an A14 chip. The housing case looks like an 12pro but it is the size of an X/XS. Meaning there is a clear swap from the iPhone X to the “modified” 12pro housing case. All the internals of the X are inside of the 12pro housing case.

Not required, originally iphone x xs had wireless charger . U can still use mag safe charger and it will work with x xs 11 11pro 12 Apple is just fooling people It works for all wireless chargering phones.
