Just a quick video showing you how easy it is to replace and renew uPVC window handles, it's pretty much a basic DIY task and you just need a few tools to get started.
With the winds we have rn, I was opening my window a little and he window blew open and sheared off the handle, I managed to pull it shut with pliers though
Hoping you can help please. My window handle is jammed in the locked position. I can't get it budged. Is it possible to put a new one when it's in that position as the handle won't be in that up.position you mention? Thanks!
What do you do if the bolts won't stay in/ feels like they're rung in the frames themselves? Looking for the answer on RU-vid somewhere, not sure where to look though
I've got 2 I need to do.. but the square bar is within the window not the handle.. & don't seem to come out.. does this mean I need a different handle to what your showing I this video.. thanks
@DanielJohnHowTo when I take the handle off & the plate the bar is in the widow solid & have tried with grips to release it but seems attached to something inside the window
