I really like this but I notice the face on the print is going in different directions on the front and back and it's upside down on half of the front side (maybe a small matter for many people). I guess we probably need to turn the pattern around in whatever direction to make sure any pattern is going in the same direction in the finished product. Overall though I found your tutorial very helpful and i appreciate the idea of making the paper pattern which can be used multiple times. I usually just use a piece of clothing but the paper pattern is a better idea. I'm a new subscriber and look forward to learning more from you.

beautiful dress! My issue is: you drew the bodice pattern from old shirt and used old sleeve pattern for sleeves. How did you match them perfectly, without holes or extra fabric hanging? Did you adjust it?

Hi! Making this! At 1:39 you said "ADD 10 INCHES TO PATTERN"... Do you mean add 10 inches in the WIDTH or LENGTH?? Ive traced out a shirt like you did..but I'm a bit scared b/c this fabric like yours doesn't have ANY stretch. I'll wait for your response to know if i should've added 10 additional inches to the width or length. Thank you!
