Hello Ovoke, I just had to comment on how beautiful your dress is!! Absolutely gorgeous material and does you so much justice; not only your skin tone, but also to your figure; it looks beautiful on you. What type of material did you use for this dress? I enjoyed your video though I wish it were a bit more clear as I am a beginning sewer (again after 35 years without touching a sewing machine) and wasn't quite sure what you meant by cutting 2 after cutting the main pattern in half then having to tape the pattern pieces together? Are you going to do another tutorial on this same dress, and was the top part just any shirt you liked for the main pattern top piece? I know, I am just full of questions, please forgive me, but I am just so inspired by your project! Thanks! Lynn
Wow, the fabric is absolutely beautiful and I love the straightforward n simple way u made this dress. You've given this sewing novice a lot of inspiration .
