I had removed an old broken medicine cabinet that was screwed to the wall in my kitchen. And once we remove it we found out there was a big hole there.
I was tired of looking at the hole so I decided to build a little decorative niche.
I used some reclaimed materials from our remodel for this project.
I used some vinyl flooring from Home Depot that I had left over. I also used parts of a pallet that were left in our yard from a delivery of some stone. I also use some leftover wood trim, glue, craft paint, drywall screws and finishing nails.
The tools are used were a box cutter, chop saw, a screw gun, a glue gun and a hammer.
