Hi Jennifer. Im planing to do a project where i make a scrapbook like the one from the disney movie "UP" but i want it to be a good one. So i was looking through your videos and saw the one about the photo album where you used the harder paper but i also want mine to be similar to the books you usually make with the hard cover and what not. Is there any way im able to do that and mix the too styles? what stitches should i use and what steps should i follow?

+Amara Copeland all you really need to do is make the book style you want except with different sized pages. for example, if you wanted to do the coptic stitch book but want it to have longer pages, just use long pages. if this answers what you are asking, YAY but if not im so sry.

I actually modified this method to not use felt or the two little pieces of cardboard to make a no-sew sketch book that opens and lays really flat. You can still take out pages and add new ones. I’m pretty proud of it! And your tutorials are so helpful and great. Even when I’m not making what’s in your video, I love to watch them while I make something inspired by your video.

HELP PLEASE MRS SEA LEMON!! I am trying to make an art journal. I need it so that it's very roomy so that as I glue things to the pages and paint in it, and do collages etc it doesn't become this massive thing that doesn't close properly. But how do I make it so that there's ton's of room in the journal to start off with? Also I would love to make a (2nd journal) junk journal for an art journal which is basically random pages of paper put together (no 2 pages are alike in size or color type thing) but how do I make it secure so that the pages don't come out?

For the first art journal you mentioned, this binding could actually work for that. You could try putting extra padding between the pages and then bind them, then remove the padding. Then they will have more space between them. For the 2nd journal, you could do the same method, or try using single sheet binding - bit.ly/SingleSheet Hope that helps!
