You are adjusting the head height. Doing so is going to make the attachments either sit too high or rub the bowl. I don't think this is the proper fix for a loose head. You'll need to tighten A DIFFERENT SCREW that you will find by tilting the entire mixer and adjusting it from under the base. Great information! Thanks for sharing. I just made bread a couple of days ago and the mixer performed better than it ever has, however I will be sure and check that bottom screw as well before the next use.
