i've also made them by myself out of "moosgummi 2mm" 20 sheets glued together und turned into form on my lathe with a 60k sandingpaper. worked very well 😊

Beautiful! But you can probably make then even lighter if you machine the backside too and hollow it out. Also, next time, try a good double sided tape to stick down the EVA foam to the spoil board as you can see the cutter lifts the foam a bit.
