DIY: Long Sleeve Turtle Neck Dress w/ Cut Outs 

Hey loves!!
I'm really in love with turtle necks for the fall! I found this striped jersey knit at Hancocks and decided I would play with the stripes. This is the perfect party dress for the Fall! I used about 1 1/2 yards.
