I was having heath issues in July and was recently diagnosed with extensive avascular necrosis of my hips .
It is diminished blood flow to the hips causing the bone to die . I was in a lot of pain and required therapy and still need it . They are not sure what caused it for me . It could be because of the serious covid infection that I had 2 years ago. I may also have a autoimmune disease of some sort which I will need tested for .
I'm also having personal marital problems.
Hopefully I can talk about some of these things later on .
I feel like 2023 will be a good year and I hoping to get back on track with a more normal uploading schedule
