If the section where they fold the paper into sixteenths is too fast, divide the length of your paper by 16 to see how large each fold needs to be, then measure out marks with a ruler. You should end up with 16 marks to fold on!

You can use any paper you like. I used regular photocopy paper 8.5"x11" for my cooler LED lights. If you are using hot incandescent lights, you may want to use something that doesn't burn like parchment paper.
I showed 1 or 2 folds at the beginning at normal speed so you can follow. for the sake of time, i sped up the rest of it as it is just repeats the same folds over and over. you can also slow down the youtube video .
