Yo Alexandre, Andyman from the Netherlands here. Good vids, cool projects! But what I want to say is; don't be happy with MDF. I worked with it to extreme extent and have serious lung damage from it. The very fine dust from it contains a lot of chemical glue which the lungs can hardly get rid of. Just a health tip!

always make the middle shelf a little to low so you can shim your saw to the right hight. If you accidentally make the shelf to high you have to cut the shelve or rout out a bit for the saw to lower wich is to much work. so always shim it.

I love using MDF for projects, but one tip is to use a small round over bit on the edges. A smooth edge is much less likely to be damaged than a square edge. Nice project I want to build one of these soon and may use your plans.

you need to lock the chuck of your drill by twisting the chuck counterclockwise after you put the drillbit in and turning the chuck as you normally do. something i learned about chucks after owning the same drill a few years and being frustated each time the bit fell out while drilling holes

10:23 The small hard screw head will make a groove under the wind over time. Maybe add a small wood block there. Then you can just rotate the block by hand instead of the screw head with a screw driver. 13:14 After watching further, you mostly solved this problem by those plastic grooves.

Very nice work and I love your channel. You cut to the case and speed up video where necessary - also, no (or not that many) ads. You definitely deserve more credit! One thing for you to consider is to maybe show the 3D model when you talk about things that can be a bit difficult to follow from oral explanations. Or show the 3D model in the start to give an overview. Only if/when it makes sense of cause. Anyway, love your space-saving sawhorses - very cleverly designed! Love from Denmark!

I was wondering the purpose all the outside biscuits and screws? You did say the screws worked as clamps. Thinking glue and screws is enough, I guess the biscuit allowed for quick alignment of parts. Thanks for sharing a nice design.

Why haven't i thought of using screws instead of clamps when it also helped for dry assemble.... Thanks man! Edit: Instead of putting the extra mdf under the saw you could make a zero clearance board the with of the saw

I wonder if MDF will hold up after some use? Otherwise, it does look nice. Also, I don't know if it's correct to call MDF plywood since it's not layered wood but fiberboard. So more like spånskivor which is LDF or Hardboard (HDF)

Great build. But there's one question left. And maybe you are going to update us about it. The wearout of the srewhead against the polymer ramps? Yes, you can print new ones and change them out but in longterm usage metal would perform much better. Whats your opinion about it?

Great saw ru-vid.comUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe with excellent accuracy and repeatability (with optional repeater jig). Good capacity in height and width. The only thing I found it wouldn't cut was a 1x12" skirt board for building a staircase. I don't cut stock that wide very often, so I don't mind. This is a tool I use frequently. No more almost square cuts freehand with a circular saw. You will even find yourself using it to cut up scrap lumber to fit in the garbage. Great safety guard that never gets in your way. Ergonomic handle and angle lock. Very comfortable, almost effortless to use. Plenty of power. Dewalt 12" blades are high quality. When I look back at the best purchases I ever made... this saw and my Kubota tractor are on the top of the list. That's how good this saw is.
