This video is about my lovely modular house. Here I'm talking about prefab house cost, its construction and design, how I built it and how much time it took me. Generally it's a review of my tiny modular house after 5 years - I reveal some downsides that I found out and some great solutions that I applied. I live and built it in Belarus, Minsk and prefab modular homes are quite unpopular yet for this region. Building companies didn't have any experience and knowledge on how are modular homes built and were frightening me that prefab construction is unreliable. So I had to do a lot of work myself. The prefab house costed me about 24k USD and I'm very happy I built it.
I'll be making more videos on the topic of prefab houses. I'm planning to disassemble part of the house soon and show it from the inside. Also I want to build one more modular house and share my experience.
