Hello Fati, All the way from NIGERIA😀. Thank you and thank you for stopping by my channel. Yes! My hair is thick. I would recommend that you work on having healthy hair first and leave your hair along as much as possible. I usually do protective style every week. I faithfully wash my hair every Sunday after church and then midweek, I might untwist my twist to refresh my hair, but the rest of the week just add a little water and oil to my twist until my next wash day. The more you leave your hair along the less hair you will lose. You know genetics also is the reason why some of our hair are thicker then others. However, just work on having healthy hair, leave your hair along as much as possible. Keep your ends well moisture and your hair will grow healthy and thicker.
