Lol so sorry for the late reply! Well I personally cannot take Moringa internally due to medications. My family and friends use it and put it in their smoothies. If you want to use it internally, please consult with your doctor before doing this. *I use it as hair oil, *I use it as a leave - in hairspray ( I use Moringa leaves) * I make gloss bars and use them as deep treatment bi weekly. *My favorite would be Moringa hair butter.
