No special tools needed. Easy DIY job. 2007 Chevy Impala.
The muffler shop and parts dealer may say you need to replace the whole exhaust system from the cat back. However, it is not necessarily so.
I used a saws-all, but you can cut through the pipe with a hacksaw in less than 5 minutes.
