Can't tell you how delighted I was to see your kids running around while you worked, stealing your stuff and showing your mistakes. Real life is so much more interesting to watch then these super polished posh diy tuts.

Looks beautiful!! I want to make one for up against the wall on my front porch just next to the door. I will only need to make one about half (or a little more) for my purposes. I would check those totes every once in a while as they can get weathered and crack. :( I had a soggy mess inside one outside in a very similar yard/garden storage seat. Thankfully not much was ruined but all needed drying out. - Heidi

I was going for the plastic containers too! Great video! 1 suggestion - move your miter closer to one edge of your table and put a 4x4 at the other end so when you cut your piece it doesn't pop up and cause a hazard like at 1:46 -
