My skin got very tight after I began practicing OMAD (One Meal A Day) fasting. The Hunza fast more than any other culture I know of. The oils are great, but FASTING has made my skin tighten significantly!
@@sepi846 Just to clarify ... I did not say the Hunza practice OMAD, I said I do. I said the Hunza fast - Meaning: The Hunza (people) practice fasting. And that IS a fact, - isn't it.

Love your home remedies and beauty secrets. Where can we get this oil if living in Canada or is there a substitute? Would love any weight-loss tips from Pakistan
Heyyy thank you so so much. Soo many natural brands online as well as health food stores stock apricot oil so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find♥️♥️♥️
I would reccomend a rosemary tea rinse after you wash you hair. You wash your hair as normal with shampoo, then you apply tea and let it dry. Focus on putting the tea on bald spots on the side of your face and at the front
No don’t use powder as it will stain and also set to the bottom. If you can’t find just skip or use a few drops of licorice extract. That had the same effects

Hi, can we eat apricot kernels? Some people say eating kernels can cause cyanide poisoning, but then other people say it’s safe to eat and very healthy.. please confirm!! Thanks!
Yea I’ve heard the same, in a lot south East Asian cultures, they’re eaten as a snack, and no one ever died from it, so I’m not sure. I think as long as you don’t over do it. Eat one and see how your body responds. And then slowly add more but spread it out throughout the day instead of eating a bunch at one time.
