OK, see? THIS is the kind of stuff that keeps me in the garage all day playing with paper and coffee, NOT doing what needs to be done in the house. These are gorgeous and I will absolutely do this *sigh* AFTER I'm done adulting. With love from the Southern California desert, MK ☕💗🌞🌵
MK girl!!! Missed ya! How is live on that side of the planet? Hope all is well and you can adult and play all together!!! Btw, the papers and journal video i uploaded recently is also a giveaway in case u want in!! Hope you have an amazing day and get to playing soon!! 😘
@@MixitupMarci 😁🙋♀️😁🙋♀️😁 ...picking up my stuff from painting bedroom furniture... I was gonna paint the walls today but the "oops" paint I got a year ago looked cool in the can but utterly dreadful on my walls. A green with grey undertones sounds OK, right? But how they managed to squeeze in some brown undertones as well is beyond me. Eww! ...and with black furniture? Yeah... NO! Once pickup is complete and the dishes are done it's playtime... unless I 😴 crash! I love your coffee un-dying! Can I use paper I dyed a long time ago? I really gotta do this. The night before last I was paint brushing and tooth brushing a few papers in your honor! Love them! XOX girl, MK
Hi Marci. I've just discovered you and I've really enjoyed watching this tutorial which was very useful. Thank you for the free coffee dyed patterned papers as well. I love them!
Marci, I can't thank you enough for the printables. It will be so good to have an example as I dabble in coffee. Thank you for your generosity and your wonderful videos! They are a joy!
I tried this coffee painting and i was so damn fascinated. I am not very good at painting, didn't even have a brush, had to use a spoon😂 and as you say, i just played with coffee and the papers turned really well and thanks to you that i can write my poems on this classic paper. Thanks...
Thank you. I made coffee dyed papers for the first time last night & thanks to your inspiration from your previous video, I made some gorgeous papers! I folded one in 1/8ths, stained the paper lightly, then used a fan brush & more coffee to paint small feathers in each box. I also stained a whole page, then painted leaves & some seeds in a darker coffee liquid
I just coffee dyed paper for the first time this past weekend! It was so fun and I got a hang of it much quicker than I thought :) I’m excited to keep trying to variations of staining it the next time I do it ☕️
You are so amazing! This video gave me so much inspiration and so many ideas. I'm a clay artist and have been looking for ideas to use on white clay so this video is so perfect for that. Thank you!!
