Hello friends in this video I have built a PCB etching machine.
this machine used or chemical treatment of Copper clad PCB
first black spray paint on blank copper clad PCB, then I trace the PCB track using Laser machine.
Then I dip this PCB in solution off ferrous chloride and here this machine came in picture, this machine continues to shake PCB so that exposed copper evenly dissolve in the solution.

I made the same thing long ago much more simply by attaching a low RPM synchronous (AC) motor with a rotating disc with an articulated arm attached to one end of the plastic container. The disc had a series of holes at various distances from its center to adjust the length of the lift by moving the arm.

I suggest adding a water-tight cover. To prevent spills... And, to just store the etching liquid in the same pan... Cheers.

it can be adjusted by speed, it's always recommended on to use on low speed

Hi, Thanks a lot, its really greate effort and great knowledge. i need to do a project for a preset position linear actuator with a DC motor abd a stepper motor, with Arduino Mega or UNO but i am not able to write the code and the scheme, can you please help. Regards
